Whenever we are on the Cape, we always have one dinner at Chills Bistro. It is usually our first dinner and as always, this year's cuisine did not dissapoint. The physical location is showing its age and is in need of a serious refresh of mot a complete reno, but the good is still outstanding. The snails were creatively presented, the rare yellow fin tuna was superb and the chicken entree was especially good. We don't often order dessert, but the coffee creme brulee lolked interesting and it was that and more. The sugar crust was hard and crispy, the cusraed rich and creamy. We only get to the Cape every other year or so since we moved to Wisconsin, but Chillingsworth continues to be a go to experience.

Hadn't been to Chillingsworth for several years and after tonight's wonderful experience, I'm regretting the hiatus. From the moment we entered to the final delicious bite of the peach, blueberry and plum cobbler, the dining experience was fantastic. Started with the crab cake appetizer, then moved to the seared scallops and halibut. Service and atmosphere were great too.

Absolutely fantastic restaurant. Every visit is a worthy experience. The food is a subtly new age take on classic dishes, utilizing local ingredients where possible. A must stop dining destination when in the Cape. Also, Fergus is the best!

Delicious 5* dinner, service and ambiance! The perfect place for dinner. A must for visitors and locals alike. Chillingsworth has a charming and delightful garden location or eat inside the antique home. We sat in the garden room surrounded by geraniums. The food is sublime, we had gazpacho, foie gras, truffle risotto and grilled duck. Everything was cooked to perfection. We finished with Angel cake and sticky toffee pudding. Delicious! Our waitress was so kind and gave great recommendations. Even with a full dining room the food arrived timely and at a perfect temperature. She even joked with us and made us feel as though we were her only special guests. Don’t miss out on this slice of paradise in Brewster. If you only go to one restaurant this summer, it has to be Chillingsworth. We have already booked our next dinner and cannot wait to return.

This is a great spot. Lovely intimate restaurant with some excellent food. Despite being surrounded by seafood, I ordered the seared elk which was Out Of This World. Highly recommend checking this place out. Will be back next year!

My in-laws are here 61 years ago on their honeymoon. My husband and I thought it would be nice to come here during our vacation. Food was excellent and service was too. Mary was very attentive. Katie found us a lovely romantic table for two. Menu has something for everyone! Bolognese was delicious and my husband enjoyed this angel hair with lobster. We started off with heirloom tomatoes and burata and ended with the tri crem brulee! Very nice location for a special dinner!

What a find! Looks like a small house from the street, but very elegant inside. The food was outstanding from lobster bisque to halibut and duck breast. Kudos to the chef. Even the bread, always indication of quality of the restaurant, from best bakery in Hyannis, so good. But most importantly - such an accommodating service! I brought my parents, they are older and don’t speak very good English, but the waiters were so helpful and thoughtful! Thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
